You put a lot of care and thought into the look of your home; we do the same with our windows. That’s why V700 slider windows offer various aesthetic features, such as a beveled exterior. These windows are offered in both equal-lite and non-equal lite configurations, and function perfectly as either replacement or new construction windows. For new construction, each window includes a pre-punched nailing fin for easier installation.
V700 slider windows are constructed with a sliding window sash for full functionality. The V700 uses the Heritage sash design, which resembles the interior of a wood sash. Using fusion welding, we ensure that the sash is squared so that your new windows fit perfectly into the opening in your home.
Thermo-Twin’s V700 slider windows are crafted with precision and are strong enough to stand the test of time. The V700 slider series of windows incorporates the use of an overlap for a clean fit and finish with the window jamb, as well as integrating composite reinforcement by Chelsea to ensure maximum product strength. And for customization, our slider windows have subtle accessory grooves to allow you to install trim or any of our selection of compatible window accessories.
Quality glass components make your windows stand out. Thermo-Twin’s V700 slider windows comes standard with 7/8” insulated glass, secured into the sash with silicone glazing. Customization is always an option as well, as we have a variety of glass packages available to use with the V700 model.
Energy efficiency is an essential consideration when choosing new window products. V700 slider windows are designed to help you save on utility bills. Silicone glazing on the window sashes minimizes air, water and insect infiltration. Further combating air infiltration, the V700 has dual weather stripping at the stiles, interlock, head and sill of the window. All V700 slider windows come standard with a half screen for proper airflow (full screen available upon request).
