A+ Customer Service – There was a little hiccup with the turnaround time for my order. I run tight deadlines and cannot afford that type of delay. I made one phone call after I knew the issue existed and received white glove service clear through the time the windows were delivered onsite. They were completed within my necessary timeframe so there was no site delay. I cannot say enough about Emma in the sales department, the production team and everyone in between clear up to the owner of the company. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with a locally owned, employee owned company. While maybe not the least expensive (you get what you pay for), one must really take into account the service aspect of the transaction. Service before, during and after the sale is important for me, and from Brian the estimator, to Tim and Rick the installers, to Jennifer in Service, and Brittany with follow up, each employee has been professional, courteous, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Now for the window….what a difference it makes in the room, and how nice it looks. Tim and Rick, the installers, even swept the floor with their sweeper before leaving. This was my second experience with Thermo-Twin, so I returned to get new windows for another home – 25 years later. The crew was experienced and business-like. They worked together efficiently and with good humor. They worked independently only asking appropriate questions on our opinion and verifying that the work was as expected. They worked cleanly and efficiently – I would have them again – this project was the entire house, and it couldn’t have gone any better. Good job, Thermo-Twin!

Thermo-Twin Window company impressed me from the very first contact of the sales person. We were not pressured into “signing today or your price will increase by thousands tomorrow” like a few other companies did with us. He was very friendly, professional, and explained everything in a straightforward manner. The team that installed our new windows did an excellent job. Arrived right on time, explained everything in detail, and left everything neat and clean before they left. The windows are much, much better than the old warped wooden windows that we had. They came out and gave us an estimate. It took a couple months for them to come and put our windows and doors in and the only thing I wished is they would have come sooner. We absolutely LOVE our new windows and doors. They were very efficient and helpful. The crew was so nice and cleaned up after themselves. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.
