Great experience from sale to installation. The sales person was responsive, on time, professional, if not a little wordy. The sales process was long (2 hours) but in his defense, detailed and informative. They scheduled install about a month before we were expecting them, which was a nice surprise. They showed up for install on time, and with a massive team so it was done in a day. They left the house clean and the windows are great! I have no doubt that if we need any maintenance we will have the same positive experience. Highly recommend!

Everyone from beginning to end was very professional and helpful! They listened to what you wanted as an owner and offered great advice! The instillation was very smooth, they covered furniture and the floors and kept things as clean as possible! I couldn’t be happier with the bay window! The installers were absolutely amazing installing our 8 windows and one sliding door. At 9am we had eight men show up and get straight to work. By 2:15 pm all the windows and door were installed and the entire house looked like they were never here. They were all very professional and extremely skilled at what they do. We are very happy with our choice to go with Thermo-Twin Windows.

From the initial contact with the Thermo-Twin rep to the finish installed products the trip was a smooth experience. It started with no high pressure sales tactics. The Rep explained their product and why He knew that his product was the best on the market, from the production of the window to the install and the price Thermo-Twin is the company to deal with. I recently purchased a storm door that was installed by Tim and Rick. The door is well made, in the color of white, fits perfectly and looks great. I will be purchasing an additional door from John for the back of the house very soon. It has been a pleasure dealing with all who helped and look forward to purchasing the Next door.

We had 2 crews at are our home replacing our bay window and two other windows. They showed up on time. Your crew was very personable and efficient. They put drop cloths down and cleaned up before they left. One crew went out of their way to get a piece of wood molding to finish the bay window trim the same day. We would highly recommend them to others. Their work was excellent. We are truly satisfied.

You can’t go wrong with Thermo-Twin Windows. These are heavy duty windows made to last! I was treated with the utmost respect from Dave our sales rep to all the guys installing. I was impressed from the very start when they covered the floors they would be walking on with plastic. They wiped down the windows after installing and made sure everything was cleaned. I have NO complaints about the job they did, and I can be a nit picker! After installation, I was showed how to operate the windows. Then they went over the warranty-did I say lifetime warranty-who does that!! I feel the price was fair for the quality of windows they offer. Call them!!
