Great experience, it started with Clifford who visited our home and gave us an estimate that was far lower with a better warranty and a more comprehensive job than Pella, and renewal by Anderson. They were lower by thousands. because of that we decided to get 2 additional windows as well. That price came out cheaper for 6 windows than the 4 windows the other 2 companies estimated for us. Included in our estimate was a full window install, all of the wood framing and the metal sill above each window. They did a very nice job and cleanup. The windows are quality. they are so nice. it was a no brainier. also Clifford was not pushy. These windows sell themselves. Don’t sign on the dotted line until you talk to Thermo-Twin.

Recently had a new storm door installed; it was a frigid day with wind chill in single digits and our installer team was fantastic. Appearing unphased by the harsh weather, they worked quickly and cheerfully, making efforts to minimize the “open” time exposing the house to the cold outside air. The door is high quality, the installation and fit are perfect. The entire process from time of sale, to pre-measuring the doorway, to final installation was first rate!

Thermo-Twin did a great job installing my windows. The installers arrived promptly, worked quickly, and cleaned up fantastically. Everyone I dealt with, from the sales rep to the installers to the receptionist, was professional, friendly, and pleasant. Highly recommended.

No complaints on quality and scheduling. They worked in a timely and clean manner. Only thing I don’t like is their approach to quotes. There was a large discount if you signed the day of the quote which doesn’t give you a chance to shop around if you want the best deal. Overall I think I got a good deal on quality work.

I had to replace my security doors due to a broken lock. A friend of mine recommended Thermo-Twin, so I contacted them. The installation was done very well, and the results are great. The operation of the new doors was explained to me. The old doors were taken away. I was very happy to deal with this company

Thermo-Twin installed a new sliding glass door and a window for me. Everything about this experience was fantastic and I would recommend. Everyone from Ron the salesman, to the guy that came and did a second measurement, to the installation guys Ralph and Mike. Everyone was professional, on time, took time to explain things to me, and cleaned up. The door and window work amazing and just look so much better than what i had before. I love that this is a local company and that it’s employee-owned. I will be calling them for future replacements in the future.

The salesman was very clear explaining our window style selection . The new window style changed the look of our side by side 2 townhouses . We are overwhelmed by how much quieter our house is now. For a little more money we were able to select the window style we wanted and the townhouses look more modern and now has a large picture window to see out. We changed the front 4 windows and look forward to changing the others in the spring . When I drive in our driveway I am now proud to call this our home .

From sales to installation, this was an excellent experience—professional, informative, and outstanding work. Keeping me regularly updated and meeting the date the windows would be installed. I had seven windows replaced, which they did in less than a day. I met with several window companies before making my decision. Thermo-Twin was head and shoulders above the rest. I would recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone. One other thing worth mentioning is that this company is employee-owned and makes its own windows, so there is just one point of accountability/contact, which is a big plus.

One of my BEST purchases for my home. Our existing windows were roughly 28 years old. My wife and I bought new windows and a sliding door through Thermo-Twin in February 2025 and had them installed around the April/May timeframe. I held off on a review simply because I got lazy and then thought it would be best to see how they do when the weather gets cold. Let me tell you. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the windows. They have eliminated the draft the prior windows had and have made the house much more comfortable during these cold days and nights. The windows are high quality. Brian, the salesman did a great job in explaining the windows, features, and the installation process. There was no upselling. There was no sitting in my house until I said, “YES”. It was simply good conversation on a product he felt confident in. The Installation team was amazing. I had 28 windows and one sliding door installed over two days. A team of 6 or 7 came in and took their time to install the windows. I mean they gutted the old window openings, and it has made a difference. My sister and nephew, who had Thermo-Twin windows installed recently before I called, convinced me to give Thermo-Twin a call and I could not be happier with the purchase. Great service, great product, at a very fair and competitive price. I highly recommend Thermo-Twin.

In October, Thermo-Twin installed 14 new windows including 8 windows measuring 71″ or wider. The two day installation project went very smoothly. Our installation team was very experienced and efficient. We are very happy with the new windows especially now because of the cold temperatures outside.

I replaced all 20 windows in my house. My experience with Thermo-Twin was outstanding. The salesperson was helpful in selecting the exterior and interior colors for our new windows. We opted for a full install which meant we not only bought new windows but replaced the interior molding and sills. The match to the baseboard molding is perfect. The gentleman who did the final measurements was polite and courteous and the windows fit well so he obviously did a good job. The installers were prompt, on time and finished the job in three days which is what I was told it would take. They were very respectful of the property, inside and out. They put down mats and plastic sheeting throughout the house to protect the carpeting and hardwood floors. Even though two of the days were very cold, in the 20s with wind, they were very efficient in removing the old windows and getting the new ones installed so I did not lose a lot of heat from the house. We love the new windows. They slide up and down easily (double hung) and are easy to clean, inside and out. The craftsmanship on the new molding is impressive. The miter joints are perfect. We have received comments from visitors about how nice the windows look. A couple reasons I chose Thermo-Twin. First, the windows are locally made and the installers are employees. If I have any problems with the windows, whether it be manufacturing defects or installation, I contact them. I do not have to worry about the manufacturer saying they were installed incorrectly or the installer saying the windows are defective due to manufacturing. Second, I windows come with a lifetime warranty that, if I sell the house, is transferable to the next owner. My experience has been great throughout the process: sales meeting, installation and Thermo-Twin follow up to ensure I was satisfied. Most of all, we love the finished product.

Thermo-Twin installed 4 new windows and a sliding glass door in my Condo in November. I absolutely love them. The installation went perfectly and the installers were both courteous and conscientious as they worked. This was my second time choosing Thermo-Twin. I also had them install new windows at my former home. Hopefully i won’t be needing their services again-however I will always refer friends and neighbors to Thermo-Twin. They are awesome!

We are very happy with our Thermo-Twin Windows. We had all of our 1st floor windows done by Thermo-Twin several years ago except one. This year we finally got the opportunity to replace that window. It matched our other windows perfectly. The delivery and installation dates were exactly what we agreed to. When they came to install the window, it was a rather cold day. They worked fast, effectively, cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t ask for more. One more note, on the former windows, we had a problem 2 weeks after installation with the bathroom window. They came right out, changed the window, and we haven’t had a problem since. That proved to me that they stood behind their work. Couldn’t think of a better company to do business with.

Crew came in and worked efficiently. Sales department was very responsive. Cleaned up, wouldn’t have known they were there except for the new windows. The windows open and close very smoothly.
