We had 2 crews at are our home replacing our bay window and two other windows. They showed up on time. Your crew was very personable and efficient. They put drop cloths down and cleaned up before they left. One crew went out of their way to get a piece of wood molding to finish the bay window trim the same day. We would highly recommend them to others. Their work was excellent. We are truly satisfied.

You can’t go wrong with Thermo-Twin Windows. These are heavy duty windows made to last! I was treated with the utmost respect from Dave our sales rep to all the guys installing. I was impressed from the very start when they covered the floors they would be walking on with plastic. They wiped down the windows after installing and made sure everything was cleaned. I have NO complaints about the job they did, and I can be a nit picker! After installation, I was showed how to operate the windows. Then they went over the warranty-did I say lifetime warranty-who does that!! I feel the price was fair for the quality of windows they offer. Call them!!

The representatives at Thermo-Twin at every phase were very easy to work with. All aspects of the job were completed as promised. No pressure sales, very informative, and competitively priced, with easy financing options. Installers arrived on time, worked neatly, cleaned up, and took the time to answer any questions. I have absolutely no complaints about the employees at Thermo-Twin Windows. They all were very nice and professional. They also did an amazing job on our windows. We had aluminum windows from the year 1953 before they came and replaced them, and our house looks like a new house with the new windows. Not to mention the new windows have reduced the outside noise so much! Highly recommended!!

We have had Thermo-Twin replace two sliding glass doors; one in 2025 & the other in 2026. From their sales presentation to their measurements to install everything was flawless. They make their own products & do their own installation unlike most of their competitors. Thermo-Twin also employ just darn nice people!

Thermo-Twin came out and replaced our front door and back door. They were amazing to deal with from start to finish. The salesman that came out was very knowledgeable and was very patient with us while we were deciding on the styles we wanted for both doors. The installers were incredible. They sent 2 crews and one crew worked on the back door while another crew worked on the front door. They put floor coverings down on the carpet and cleaned up everything completely and vacuumed with their shop vac when done. They patiently answered any questions I had and did an incredible job on both doors. I am completely satisfied with Thermo-Twin from start to finish and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Answered questions after the installation 5. In the days before the installation I had several questions which were answered through e-mails on a daily basis. The questions arose because we live in a condo and had to be cognizant about others need. The person from Thermo-Twin talked to the condo manager too on my request.

We are very pleased with our replacement bay window and the quality installation. Although there was an issue with a leak Thermo-Twin was there the very next day and re-did the entire window roof, even replacing the insulation. It looks beautiful inside and out! We’ve used Thermo-Twin Windows twice–once in our former home of 26 years and in our current home of almost 5 years. Both times we were completely satisfied with their work and quality of materials! In our current home, the old windows were original and quite drafty. It’s a pleasure now having windows that keep cold air out & heat inside! I’m sure once we use our air conditioner the reverse will be true keeping it cool inside! A huge plus given today’s utilities costs! Thermo-Twin windows are so user-friendly, too! The locks open & close smoothly, same for raising & lowering & with the pane dividers between the glass, cleaning couldn’t be easier! Our crew of 3 were terrific: Mike, Brandon & Nathan worked seamlessly as a team, expertly removing the old & installing the new windows. They put plastic floor liners down to protect our new rugs & flooring and did a wonderful clean-up job! They were so friendly as well! We have expensive plantation-type shutter blinds in all our windows, of which there were a couple they had to remove to install the new windows. Before doing so, I was given a comprehensive explanation of how & what would be done to ensure reinstallation of the blinds & it went flawlessly! They’re definitely terrific assets to their company, as have been the other Thermo-Twin personnel I’ve had contact with through this process. They absolutely go above & beyond to ensure a stress-free experience , along with quality workmanship and materials! We highly recommend Thermo-Twin for any and/or all new window installation needs. A genuine pleasure doing business with them!

I’ve used Thermo-Twin now for 2 separate projects, encompassing all my windows and 2 doors. I’ve been happy to date with their products and their work. The fact that they’re employee owned makes me feel like everyone I deal with there is invested in doing a good job.
