We have had Thermo-Twin so 3 jobs for us now. First job was replacing a picture window in our living room with a bow window. They did exceptional work. Second job was removing 2 windows in our bedroom and installing a sliding glass door to our deck and again it was exceptional work. Our third and most recent job was replacing our entry door the work again was exceptional. Our first job they sent salesman Nunzio out and he was great he listened to what we were looking for and made it happen and we used Nunzio for our next projects. He has been great to work with and always listens to what you want and never tries to change your mind or push for something you don’t want or need. We had other companies come out the first time and tell us what we wanted was impossible to do and tried to push for more projects to be done but Nunzio was not like that he listened and we got exactly what we wanted so when we were ready for the next project we did not hesitate to call him back and only called him. The worker’s that came to complete our projects were kind and professional and completed our projects flawlessly. The products are great quality and we are very pleased from start to finish. I was happy with the work Thermo-Twin did for me. We had them replace 4 windows total which they were able to do in less than a day. Their crew was friendly and easy to communicate with. We have 4 more windows that we will be replacing in the future and Thermo-Twin will be my first call to do those.

Did a very nice job – quite happy with my new bay windows

This was our third and final install of 21 Thermo-twin windows. Everything went great as usual. The previously installed windows definitely reduced our heating and air conditioning cost the past couple years and now with all 21 windows replaced I expect even more savings. The windows also have reduced noise and are very easy to clean with their tilt in design. We are extremely pleased with the purchase and recommend Thermo-twin windows.

When we decided to replace our windows, we started at the home show visiting the various companies displays. We then had sales reps from three different companies visit our home for estimate’s, including Thermo Twin. We had eleven windows we wanted replaced, nine double hung, a bay and a sun garden window. Two of the salespeople told us they did not do garden windows, and the bay window would be too expensive to replace. Since we saw a garden and bay window at the Thermo Twin display, we decided to have Thermo Twin replace our windows. We now have our new windows, including the bay and garden window. The whole process went smoothly, from sales to installation. The windows are high quality with a lifetime warranty. They were also more affordable than the other two companies. We are very happy with our decision to have Thermo Twin replace our windows and would recommend Thermo Twin windows to anyone needing new windows.

We highly recommend Thermo-Twin windows. Every part of the process was great, from the original meeting with the salesperson to the measuring process and ultimately the installation of the windows. The crew was very polite and answered any questions we had. The crew had a bump in the road removing the old windows but figured out what had to be done and the installment then went smoothly. Will be calling them again in the future to install a new entryway door and new sliding door to our deck.

On September 30, 2024 we had one window replaced by Thermo-Twin and the installation team did a professional job. We chose Thermo-Twin for replacement of this window because in 2021 we had them install 8 windows in the main part of our house and we were very pleased with the craftsmanship of the windows and care and workmanship of the installation teams. We would recommend Thermo-Twin to anyone in need of new or replacement windows. The sales people are very knowledgeable and courteous and easy to work with. We also like the fact that Thermo-Twin is a local employee owned company.
