Thermo-Twin did a great job from start to finish. They replaced our back sliding glass door with a blind in between the glass. The installers were very pleasant . They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. They did our windows several years ago. We were satisfied with them doing our windows and wanted them to do our sliding glass door.

From the first employee encountered to the last, everyone treated me professionally and courteously. In addition, the job that they did was exemplary. I love my new windows. They are all I hoped for and more. I would use Thermo-Twin again, if needed.

Thermo-Twin Windows did a great job from the start to finish I am very happy with the quality of the windows and door. The installers showed up each day on time, worked all day, cleaned up the dirt and dust, did a wonderful job.

This is the second time we used Thermo-Twin for window replacement. Our most recent purchase was for a garden window and we could not be more pleased! There are so many things to appreciate about Thermo-Twin: the no pressure sales, knowledgeable salesman, measurer, installers and, of course, the product. Every person we dealt with from start to finish was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The 3-guy team who installed the window were here early, extremely courteous, efficient, accommodated a last-minute change with the trim and their craftmanship was top notch. Everyone who has been to our house has commented on how nice the window is and asked where we got it. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will gladly recommend Thermo-Twin to family and friends.

Thermo-Twin did an excellent job! From the initial sales visit from Cliff I could tell this is the company I want to do business with. I did meet with Window World & Window Nation. Both sales reps took every opportunity to bad mouth other window companies including Thermo-Twin. Little did they know, I did my homework before hand & knew they were not telling the truth. Cliff on the other hand, did not say anything negative about the other companies. Thermo-Twin installers Mike & Evan were great! They took time to answer my questions & didn’t mind me watching from time to time. They did a great job cleaning up inside & out. Mike told me right from the beginning that 2 screens were not with the order & would make sure the office was notified. Within a week Frank arrived & installed them. I highly recommend Thermo-Twin you will not be disappointed.

Thermo-Twin installed a door on our Sunroom which they had installed 2 years ago for us. We are very pleased with their work. They are very professional from the time we choose our door until the end of the installation. They even checked back to see how we like our installation. Thermo-Twin is a great business, totally enjoyed working with them.

Fantastic – easy – no pressure sales rep was awesome and yes beat out other quotes. Quality for sure – my old windows were drafty, lost all the gas between the glass. The Thermo-Twin windows have zero draft, can’t feel the cold any longer on the window, and the installers were super efficient — I had 22 windows installed and they were competed in 2 days, plus they were all really nice guys, no mess, quick and easy. Highly recommend — you get what you pay for…

We recently had 6 windows replaced by Thermo-Twin. From the very start everyone was so knowledgeable and pleasant. On the initial visit we were shown prototypes of the windows we would be receiving and all of our questions were answered. The official measurements were taken a few weeks later and any questions we had at that time were answered as well. When it came time for the installation we were impressed with the efficiency of the team of 3 men who came. They were very respectful of our property and very friendly. The main reason we went with Thermo-Twin was because it is an employee owned company. Each team member from the demonstrator to the installers have a stake in making this a good experience. Thermo-Twin did an excellent job all around, from Brian in sales, scheduling and the installation crew. The crew was promptly here at 8:00 and was finished at 11:30 am. Installed 9 windows, cleaned up perfectly. Will definitely call again. Highly recommend. Review ID: 140107

We have had Thermo-Twin so 3 jobs for us now. First job was replacing a picture window in our living room with a bow window. They did exceptional work. Second job was removing 2 windows in our bedroom and installing a sliding glass door to our deck and again it was exceptional work. Our third and most recent job was replacing our entry door the work again was exceptional. Our first job they sent salesman Nunzio out and he was great he listened to what we were looking for and made it happen and we used Nunzio for our next projects. He has been great to work with and always listens to what you want and never tries to change your mind or push for something you don’t want or need. We had other companies come out the first time and tell us what we wanted was impossible to do and tried to push for more projects to be done but Nunzio was not like that he listened and we got exactly what we wanted so when we were ready for the next project we did not hesitate to call him back and only called him. The worker’s that came to complete our projects were kind and professional and completed our projects flawlessly. The products are great quality and we are very pleased from start to finish. I was happy with the work Thermo-Twin did for me. We had them replace 4 windows total which they were able to do in less than a day. Their crew was friendly and easy to communicate with. We have 4 more windows that we will be replacing in the future and Thermo-Twin will be my first call to do those.
