How do I schedule an in-home estimate?

You can schedule a free in-home estimate by filling out the form on our website. After we receive your information, a Thermo-Twin representative will contact you to schedule a time that works best for you. You can also call us at 412-826-1000 to schedule a free in-home estimate.

For your convenience we accept payment in the form of check, major credit card & cash. We have financial options available for those who qualify through Synchrony Financial.

Thermo-Twin offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Under normal use, the components of the windows and patio doors are covered as long as the original purchaser owns the property. This also includes fiberglass screening, glass breakage or failure.

The type of replacement window being installed and type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to install your replacement windows. On average each window takes about 1 hour. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation experts with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way.

Some condensation is normal and will evaporate with time. However, if you notice condensation between the panes or if it does not go away, please contact our service department.
