We are very pleased with our replacement bay window and the quality installation. Although there was an issue with a leak Thermo-Twin was there the very next day and re-did the entire window roof, even replacing the insulation. It looks beautiful inside and out! We’ve used Thermo-Twin Windows twice–once in our former home of 26 years and in our current home of almost 5 years. Both times we were completely satisfied with their work and quality of materials! In our current home, the old windows were original and quite drafty. It’s a pleasure now having windows that keep cold air out & heat inside! I’m sure once we use our air conditioner the reverse will be true keeping it cool inside! A huge plus given today’s utilities costs! Thermo-Twin windows are so user-friendly, too! The locks open & close smoothly, same for raising & lowering & with the pane dividers between the glass, cleaning couldn’t be easier! Our crew of 3 were terrific: Mike, Brandon & Nathan worked seamlessly as a team, expertly removing the old & installing the new windows. They put plastic floor liners down to protect our new rugs & flooring and did a wonderful clean-up job! They were so friendly as well! We have expensive plantation-type shutter blinds in all our windows, of which there were a couple they had to remove to install the new windows. Before doing so, I was given a comprehensive explanation of how & what would be done to ensure reinstallation of the blinds & it went flawlessly! They’re definitely terrific assets to their company, as have been the other Thermo-Twin personnel I’ve had contact with through this process. They absolutely go above & beyond to ensure a stress-free experience , along with quality workmanship and materials! We highly recommend Thermo-Twin for any and/or all new window installation needs. A genuine pleasure doing business with them!

I’ve used Thermo-Twin now for 2 separate projects, encompassing all my windows and 2 doors. I’ve been happy to date with their products and their work. The fact that they’re employee owned makes me feel like everyone I deal with there is invested in doing a good job.

I interviewed a few window companies and felt that Thermo-Twin gave me the best quality for the money. The sales rep wasn’t pushy and the crew was excellent and did a great job. I purchased 5 new windows and a Bay window. They showed up on time and got the job done in one day. So far so good!

This isn’t my first time using Thermo-Twin, and it won’t be my last! If you live in the Pittsburgh-metro and don’t use them, you are missing out. Their team is incredibly talented, efficient, and very courteous. They arrived around 8:30a and finished around 2:30p. All three doors looks great, well installed, and great attention to detail. Considering these points, and the fact that they use the same doors as other companies you see on TV, you’ll save money for equal or better outcome.
