I had to replace my security doors due to a broken lock. A friend of mine recommended Thermo-Twin, so I contacted them. The installation was done very well, and the results are great. The operation of the new doors was explained to me. The old doors were taken away. I was very happy to deal with this company.

Crew came in and worked efficiently. Sales department was very responsive. Cleaned up, wouldn’t have known they were there except for the new windows. The windows open and close very smoothly.

I only needed a single bathroom window that needed replaced. Home Depot’s price was ridiculous! I searched and searched. The only other company I found besides Home Depot was Thermo-Twin. Thermo-Twin was $350 cheaper than Home Depot with the same warranty. I was warned it would be awhile until they could squeeze me in. It was 4 months. I had to call and remind them and was given an installation day 2 weeks away. 3 workers came. We’re all very nice and efficient.

Our new windows in our home were great! The whole process was very smooth and each person in the process was professional and courteous, from our salesperson, to the receptionist, and finally the installers. After sitting through other sales pitches that were long, drawn-out, and way over-priced, it was refreshing to deal with a sales team that was straight and to the point with the quality of product as well as pricing. The quality of the windows are so much better than our old ones, and the installers were quick, efficient, and cleaned up nicely in the end. We had an overall great experience with Thermo-Twin! From the beginning with the salesman thru the end with the installers. Everything happened in a timely manner and was done as explained. The cleanup was also great. Our windows look beautiful, especially our huge bay window!

Ralph and Logan did a great job installing my kitchen door. Love the door and they completed the job in just a few hours. Thermo-Twin is a great company. They built a sunroom for us a few years ago which we love!! Great people, great work and reasonable prices.

We have used Thermo-Twin of Pittsburgh (Oakmont) twice now and have been very impressed and satisfied with their work. Last year we had 8 windows replaced by a Thermo-Twin crew and this year we finished up by having them replace the remaining 13 windows. Both times they were very professional, efficient and worked quietly and unobtrusively as possible. They did the 13 windows this year in a half-day which was quite amazing. I also like that they are employee-owned and a local business and they custom-make their windows locally. The windows seem very sturdy, work well and have a high insulating efficiency over the windows we replaced. We can feel the difference. I would highly recommend using Thermo-twin for your window replacements.

We had (4) windows replaced in the attic of our home. The Thermo-Twin salesman was a pleasure to work with. He provided a thorough estimate, and did not pressure us to choose Thermo-Twin. We appreciated his honesty and fair price, and on that basis, we chose Thermo-Twin’s bid. The Thermo-Twin installers did an excellent job performing the work. The windows appear to be of very good quality.

Had 2 homes done by Thermo-Twin Oakmont. The team of 4 were experienced, professional, courteous, helpful and meticulous in preparation, removal, installation and clean up. Each home took a day. This was not their first Rodeo! BZ!
