Employee-Owned Thermo-Twin Windows is seeking candidates for the Maintenance Department
- Ability to maintain and repair machinery used in the residential and commercial window industry.
- A knowledge of commercial electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to perform repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
- Have an overall experience with the residential building trades, as a typical job consists of electrical, carpentry and/or plumbing.
- Electrical jobs consist of working on equipment electrical panels and circuits, installing conduit and outlets, installing lighting fixtures and running computer/phone cables.
- Willingness to learn maintenance and safety standards and procedures.
- The ability to multi-task between jobs.
- Should be able to work well alone.
- Possess a positive work ethic and adherence to safety.
